What I collect

What you type into the snapshot form: your name, business name, and phone, plus anything optional you add (email, website, the help options you pick, your note, and whether you agreed to receive texts). If we text each other, I also keep those messages.

Why

To run your free snapshot, contact you about it, and send any texts you agreed to receive.

Text messages

I text you only if you agree on the snapshot form or ask me to. Texts are about your snapshot request, scheduling, and any quote you ask for. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. I don't sell your mobile number or share it with other companies for their marketing. I don't share your text consent with anyone, except the service I use to send and receive messages, when it needs that information to provide the service.

Where it's kept

Form messages go through Netlify, the company that hosts this site, which emails them to me. I keep my notes in my own private business records. Text messages go through the phone and texting service I use.

Sharing

I don't sell your information. I share it only with the service companies described on this page so they can do their jobs, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

Email contact@kermitstrachan.com, or write to 785 Oak Grove Rd, Ste E2 #1290, Concord, CA 94518, to see what I have about you or to have it deleted. To stop text messages, reply STOP.

Other companies

Netlify hosts this site and its fonts, so your browser sends Netlify a standard request when a page opens. The example snapshot page also loads fonts from Google. This site has no ads and no tracking tools.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track you across other websites, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
